He’s been with the agency since the early days, arriving as a gift from a client circa early ’90s. While strategies, platforms, and hairstyles have changed, Herbie has remained rooted in excellence.

Herbie’s job description is simple but critical: improve office morale, survive questionable lighting decisions and remodels, and silently judge us during brainstorms. He doesn’t attend meetings, has no active projects, but we still view him as absolute professional.

Today, Herbie continues to thrive as a living reminder that good things grow when you take care of them. He’s proof that longevity matters, relationships matter, and that sometimes all you really need, is a little water and sunshine.
