Ryan Thiele

Ryan Thiele is our dynamic Chief Operating Officer, bringing over 25 years of marketing mastery to VIA. Ryan previously held the role of Creative Director, where his innovative approach spearheaded a diverse array of successful campaigns. Prior to VIA, Ryan was the Founder & President of the creative agency, Studio1. He also served as Sales & Marketing Director at Craig Bachman Imports, Inc., where his strategic leadership played a pivotal role in driving business growth.

When Ryan’s not at work, he’s either diving into his love for the great outdoors or gearing up for his next wood working project, though he’ll admit it’s more of a daydream.

Community service is also a significant part of Ryan’s life—he has led his church’s Cadets and served on the Lowell, Indiana Plan Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals. He proudly considers one of his greatest achievements to be one-half of the team who raised three well-rounded children who have grown into responsible, productive young adults.
