Using her "doing it better" attitude, Julie always supports her clients and staff and finds the best ways to make the most out of everything. We all agree that she’s one of the best bosses we’ve ever worked for. (I hope the boss likes not-so-subtle flattery.) Everyone will tell you that Julie is warm, friendly, honest and loyal, but it is her dynamic energy, tenacity and that sly sense of humor that always keeps her one-step ahead. Just ask her about her fervor to win board games - by the way, don't play Monopoly with Julie.

Julie also has some major accomplishments outside of running a successful full-service marketing agency. She worked her way through college as a cake decorator and more recently, served on 8 missions trips to Argentina and Brazil. She serves her community as an Indiana State Representative, heading to Indianapolis for a few months at the beginning of the year.

Julie has been married for over 30 years to the man she loves and has had to take to countless emergency room visits in five different states and even on a cruise. How does that happen?! He's just fine now. For fun, Julie still likes to bake, paint her house and as an avid potter, host pottery nights in her home.

Good-natured and always thinking ahead, Michelle actually likes event planning. List making is a hobby of hers. She’s fun AND organized, what?! A creative thinker and talented writer, Michelle will go the extra 100 miles to make sure VIA’s clients are happy. As hard as she works, her office plants usually look very sad because they are often neglected.

Michelle's colleagues say she has a great sense of humor and never says anything negative. She is going to let them keep on believing that (it’s kinda true actually). When Michelle isn’t making your next campaign succeed or killing her plants, she loves to bust a move and has a minor in dance. A Professional Tutu Maker, everything she touches glitters, literally.

Michelle’s middle name is Fun. She loves road trips, Disney World, Olympic badminton, and the Oxford Comma. Michelle also volunteers for some amazing non-profits and serves as a committee member for many local fundraisers. Her husband and children are her joy and the twinkle in her eye… or is that glitter from the tutus? It’s definitely a twinkle.

It's SpongeBob, it's Nixon, no – it’s Carlo in the back of the office making us laugh with one of his impersonations. "Good morning, Chief" is how Carlo (literally) greets each day before creating designs for both digital and print media that are imaginative, modern and cool. Through his innovation and creativity that is always shining through, you can see that Carlo truly loves what he does.

Between random quips and banter...and making sure he has the best shoes in the office, he is VIA's Graphic Designer Super Hero who works diligently to come up with fascinating concepts. These exciting concepts have made for award-winning designs and memorable branding. He can imagine 20 versions of a logo that would make any business envious to have and never burn out of new ideas.

At home, Carlo is the sleep-deprived dad of twin girls. (This makes Carlo a coffee aficionado). He loves spending quality time with his beautiful wife, the girls and their beagle Lucy. He already has his countdown set for his family's next trip to Disney World. Carlo appreciates anything and everything Star Wars, super heroes and sports. As a result, he has the best bobble-head desk collection you've ever seen.

With over 15 years of experience in business administration across diverse, high-intensity industries, Sasha brings her resourceful and enthusiastic approach to help you connect to your customers with unforgettable giveaways and incentive items. Sasha is dedicated to enhancing your brand presence while keeping your promo items on time and in budget.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Sasha is a proud Latina who grew up in Miami. Thanks to her spouse’s military career, she’s had the adventure of living in places like Alaska and California, but she’ll always say Indiana is her favorite. Sasha and her husband are proud parents of two adventurous and spirited daughters—and one very loyal golden retriever. Committed to serving the community, they love volunteering with local church youth groups.

Fun fact: Before VIA, Sasha hadn’t had a female boss in many years, so she’s thrilled to be part of a Women’s Business Enterprise. She loves helping clients experience the distinct advantages of partnering with a WBE. Sasha also loves exploring new cities, cooking amazing meals, and is a wannabe wine connoisseur. ¡Salud!

Hello! Ashley joins VIA as a digital specialist and is eager to help ensure you have the best search engine optimization and your digital marketing platforms run as effectively as possible.

Her love of social media started at a young age with early Facebook, Twitter, and Tumblr networks. We turn to her with our questions on free posts or aggressive paid campaigns.

Using social media to promote musicians during the peak era of boy bands and fan pages allowed Ashley to use her quick learning skills to find her love of media and advertising. She soon earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism and telecommunications from Ball State. She also has her master’s.

\"Ashley is a bit of an overthinker; however, paying attention to detail and always double-checking the quality of her work shows that she takes pride in her work and wants nothing but the best for our clients.

During the weekends, Ashley binge-watches shows on Netflix and Hulu and spends time with family and friends. When she isn't with them, Ashley is a hardcore Simmer, playing Sims 4 from sun up to sun down or deleting broken custom content. If you know, you know. Sul Sul! She likes to stream on Twitch as well!

With many years of work experience, Daniel joins VIA as a web developer, bringing lots of knowledge and a remarkable sense of humor. Daniel is brilliant at coding your site, maintaining the scripts that manage your important correspondence and data, and problem-solving. He knows the importance of user experience and strives to create sites that are as polished and modern as possible.

Daniel is a great communicator and will ask questions about a situation to understand better the sense of urgency, needs, and how to make clients happy. Web development and programming have a constant flow of problems to solve, and Daniel quickly adapts to new information, coming up with creative, innovative solutions.

Daniel is the President of Open Code Chicago. He prides himself on creating spaces for programmers of all levels of profficiency to learn, collaborate, and innovate. Daniel is part of an improv troupe called The Train Rex outside of work. He does impersonations (once impersonating an Australian exchange student for three hours on end), likes to do standup comedy, and can mimic many voices. We wonder how he can be so smart and need help finding his keys, wallet, or phone. Daniel habitually takes off pop tabs and often volunteers at the Lydia House homeless shelter.

Meet Sarah Aurelio, our incredible Account Executive at VIA Marketing, known for her creative insights and proactive approach. Starting as an intern at VIA, Sarah impressed us with her talent for developing engaging content and her go-getter attitude. We were thrilled to bring her on board for good! As a key member of our team, she excels in crafting marketing strategies and making campaigns shine.

Sarah dedicates her Sundays to guiding the two-year-olds at her church and has been an active volunteer for the Hope and Friendship Foundation. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Sarah revels in cracking jokes and making people laugh. She has a passion for adventure, which she and her friends fondly refer to as side quests.

A proud Purdue Northwest graduate with a major in Marketing, Sarah Aurelio was also a college athlete, excelling on the golf team, and she is an Honors College alumna. Sarah told us that she is particularly thankful that everyone at VIA is so welcoming and that we wanted her to stay. VIA is ecstatic to have Sarah’s unique blend of marketing skills, enthusiasm, and humor (we should really take her out for a side quest of mini golf).

Ryan Thiele is our driven Account Executive at VIA Marketing, where he channels over 25 years of marketing mastery into crafting campaigns that exceed client expectations. Previously, Ryan served as Creative Director at VIA, where his innovative approach shaped many new and successful initiatives. Now he’s back with the VIA team, bringing in more marketing expertise, having also been the Founder & President of Studio1 and the Sales & Marketing Director at Craig Bachman Imports, Inc.

When Ryan’s not at work, he’s either diving into his love for the great outdoors or gearing up for his next furniture-making project (though he’ll admit it’s more of a retirement daydream). Halloween is a special time for Ryan as he takes great pride in giving trick-or-treaters a good scare (you’ll need to ask him about it sometime).

Community service is also a significant part of Ryan’s life—he has led his church’s Cadets and served on the Lowell, Indiana Plan Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals. He proudly considers one of his greatest achievements to be one-half of the team who raised three well-rounded children who have grown into responsible, productive young adults.

When Ryan returned to VIA, Julie, VIA’s President, cheered, “This is good, good, good—like winning the office lottery!” Ryan Thiele holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design with a minor in Photography from Purdue University.

Becca Fremarek joined VIA with a passion for numbers and making an impact. She is an expert at making sure numbers add up and chaos does not. Previously, she worked as a staff accountant and manager at an accounting firm, overseeing forecasting, analysis, payroll, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and analysis for a variety of clients.

Becca has a heart for giving back. She’s volunteered for years teaching catechism to K-8 students and through various political campaigns, Becca also tutors college students in general education and math, a passion she’s long held. As someone who values words of affirmation, she appreciates being recognized for her problem-solving abilities, especially when they make a difference in the lives of others.

In her free time, Becca loves diving into even more math—and logic puzzles, like Cross Sum and Sudoku. She’s also an astrology enthusiast, constantly analyzing how the planets might be affecting her day. At home, Becca is a proud dog and *hypoallergenic* cat mom: her energetic golden retriever puppy keeps her on her toes!

Graduating college during a global pandemic? No problem for Becca! It tested her time management skills and adaptability. A graduate of Northern Illinois University with a bachelor’s in accounting and a minor in history, she’s also an Excel Office Certified Specialist and is leveling up her skills with QuickBooks Certification.

Recently, Becca bought her first home in Indiana with her fiancé, marking a big milestone as she moved out of her childhood home in Illinois. We are pumped to have Becca here at VIA—who knew accounting could be this fun?
