Our organization is driven by service. Everyone rolls up their sleeves, digs in and works to meet the needs of our clients.
No matter the size of the project, we strive to ensure that our commitment to quality service on ALL projects is never compromised. We approach each meeting, each phone call, every facet of every project on which we work, as if the account's future relationship with VIA Marketing hinges solely on that particular assignment...because it does.
Our organization is driven by service. Everyone rolls up their sleeves, digs in and works to meet the needs of our clients. The lines between owners, managers and staff are very gray. Every attempt is made to treat each person as an equal and respected member of the team and to give people responsibilities instead of tasks. This philosophy allows VIA to be very different and more importantly, it allows all employees to grow.
"Meet our dedicated leader. Julie has the creativity and knowledge, which is apparent from the 30 years that VIA has been in business, to continuously build award-winning concepts and strong, successful marketing campaigns.
Using her "doing it better" attitude, Julie always supports her clients and staff and finds the best ways to make the most out of everything. We all agree that she’s one of the best bosses we’ve ever worked for. (I hope the boss likes not-so-subtle flattery.) Everyone will tell you that Julie is warm, friendly, honest and loyal, but it is her dynamic energy, tenacity and that sly sense of humor that always keeps her one-step ahead. Just ask her about her fervor to win board games - by the way, don't play Monopoly with Julie.
Julie also has some major accomplishments outside of running a successful full-service marketing agency. She worked her way through college as a cake decorator and more recently, served on 8 missions trips to Argentina and Brazil. Currently, she serves her community as an Indiana State Representative for District 19.
Julie has been married for over 30 years to the man she loves and has had to take to countless emergency room visits in five different states and even on a cruise. How does that happen?! He's just fine now. For fun, Julie still likes to bake, paint her house and as an avid potter, host pottery nights in her home. "
Diane Chant Finance Manager
"This Certified Trivia Master uses her vast library of information to be the Resource Maven at VIA. She knows everything about everything, from all things finance and the best way to approach projects, to history and current events. This also makes her the Office Proofing Pro, always making sure that nothing but perfection leaves the VIA office.
While managing all things money (and having to wrangle VIA employees for their reports), she always has the office laughing with her keen insight and hilarious anecdotes. There's this one story in particular about how she met her husband at Purdue University. He was wrapped in a bow and given to Diane as a present. You should ask her about it the next time you call us. Diane really makes it fun to show up at VIA every morning.
Diane enjoys reading, watching movies and spending time with family and friends. Out of all of us, she probably has the best taste in music and movies. She loves to make model cars, is an expert Lego-kit builder and an excellent seamstress. Along with all of her successful career accomplishments, Diane raised three very active kids and is a former cookie mom, football mom and orchestra booster president. It's pretty true that she is the cool mom. She also loves working charity book sales and is owner of three happy cats and one ginormous dog."
Leslie Lopez Digital Specialist
"Leslie is the Genius Digital Specialist. When it comes to anything tech-related, she’s able to give the office valuable insight like no other. Above and beyond knowing everything about the latest and most effective SEO and digital marketing platforms, she brings depth to the VIA team by being the Spanish Translation Specialist. She also has the cleanest and most organized office at VIA.
As the reigning Queen of Stylish Scarves, Leslie is a lot of fun to work with. She is a great teacher and is thoughtful and helpful, working hard to keep VIA's clients amazed with outstanding digital marketing. Super-talented and always with a smile, Leslie comes up with ways to make your online marketing campaigns run faster, smoother and smarter, making each of them a success.
As cool as Leslie is at work, she has even more achievements outside of the digital marketing world. Leslie became a U.S. citizen in June 2016 and back in high school, she graduated in the top ten. Her knack for trends comes from her love of pop culture, social media and memes. When she's not spending time with family or friends, she's enjoying the latest in movies, TV shows and music. "
Carlo Labriola Creative Director
"It's SpongeBob, it's Nixon, no – it’s Carlo in the back of the office making us laugh with one of his impersonations. "Good morning, Chief" is how Carlo (literally) greets each day before creating designs for both digital and print media that are imaginative, modern and cool. Through his innovation and creativity that is always shining through, you can see that Carlo truly loves what he does.
Between random quips and banter...and making sure he has the best shoes in the office, he is VIA's Graphic Designer Super Hero who works diligently to come up with fascinating concepts. These exciting concepts have made for award-winning designs and memorable branding. He can imagine 20 versions of a logo that would make any business envious to have and never burn out of new ideas.
At home, Carlo is the sleep-deprived dad of twin girls. (This makes Carlo a coffee aficionado). He loves spending quality time with his beautiful wife, the girls and their beagle Lucy. He already has his countdown set for his family's next trip to Disney World. Carlo appreciates anything and everything Star Wars, super heroes and sports. As a result, he has the best bobble-head desk collection you've ever seen."
Ryan Olson Web Developer
Five hours of sleep is all Ryan needs. He only needs this much shut-eye, because he’s quick, real quick. He’s a Full Stack Developer who knows the latest and greatest and is always on the cutting edge of all things technology.
Ryan uses his ingenuity to turn your message into the next best website. As a developer, he even speaks his own language: CODE. (Autocorrect tries to help him translate this language to the rest of us, but Ryan is smarter and a lot more helpful than Autocorrect.) Ryan truly knows how to create a solution to quickly make your website amazing. In the case that any issues do ever come up, (which never happens) Ryan probably won’t sleep until your problem is fixed.
Outside the world of code, Ryan is an awesome father and husband. This guy is also a pretty decent citizen too: He is a Charity Gaming Streamer. Ryan uses his gaming skills to raise funds for Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis through Extra Life, which supports Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. When he’s not changing the face of technology or putting a smile on the face of a child, Ryan can be found golfing, painting or splitting an arrow in archery (yes, it really did happen)."
Michelle DiSanto Public Relations Strategist
"Good-natured and always thinking ahead, Michelle actually likes event planning. List making is a hobby of hers. She’s fun AND organized, what?! A creative thinker and talented writer, Michelle will go the extra 100 miles to make sure VIA’s clients are happy. As hard as she works, her office plants usually look very sad because they are often neglected.
Michelle's colleagues say she has a great sense of humor and never says anything negative. She is going to let them keep on believing that (it’s kinda true actually). When Michelle isn’t making your next campaign succeed or killing her plants, she loves to bust a move and has a minor in dance. A Professional Tutu Maker, everything she touches glitters, literally.
Michelle’s middle name is Fun. She loves road trips, Disney World, Olympic badminton, and the Oxford Comma. She also volunteers her time by organizing two semi-annual fundraisers for Every Child Ministries, which serves orphans and abandoned children in Africa. Her husband and children are her joy and the twinkle in her eye… or is that glitter from the tutus? It’s definitely a twinkle."
April Beres Account Executive
"April comes to VIA each and every morning ready to tackle the details of the day with enthusiasm and creativity. Always full of impressive ideas for VIA’s clients, she creates out-of-the-box concepts with a progressive approach. She cherishes her amazing relationships with VIA's clients and knows just what they need to get the best results.
Along with her knack for business management, sales and marketing, this jack-of-all-trades holds a degree in Fashion Design and is a Licensed Holistic Healer. Also a mover and shaker, this Elixer Mixer operates her business, Cauldron Beverage Company, where she creates and distributes healthy, craft cocktail mixers.
April, who is a heavy metal lover, even taught herself to play the bass guitar in TWO WEEKS to so kindly fill in for a live performance with her friend’s band. She also brought roller derby to Northwest Indiana, raising thousands of dollars for countless charities. Along with all of this, April raised a beautiful daughter - who luckily never did the things that April did in high school!"
